RFC : Add webpush protocol to sgcWebsockets push options

We use angular in combination with sgcWebsockets server and also implemented websocket messaging.
To notify users of our angular app when it is not running we need webpush. The angular service worker can then be notified to start the angular application
when it receives a notification through apple or firebise servers
