Name sent to the provider together with the schema.

The name is copied into ChatOptions.JSONSchemaName of the chat during the extraction. OpenAI, Grok and Mistral send it with the schema and Anthropic uses it as the name of the forced tool. When a Preset is selected and SchemaName still has its default value, the preset name is sent instead (invoice, receipt or id_card).
