Connection

Name	Description
OnConnect	Fires after the HTTP/3 connection has been established.
OnDisconnect	Fires after the HTTP/3 connection has been closed.
OnGoAway	Fires when the server sends a GOAWAY frame announcing a graceful shutdown.
OnAltSvc	Fires when the server advertises alternative services through the alt-svc header.

Requests and Responses

OnResponse	Fires when a complete HTTP/3 response has been received.
OnHTTP3BeforeRequest	Fires before a request is sent, allowing the header list to be modified.
