Pumps the QUIC connection once so peer-opened WebTransport streams are harvested.
procedure WebTransportProcessEvents;
None.
A WebTransport session has no background reader, so streams the server opens are only picked up while the caller drives the connection. WebTransportProcessEvents performs a single pump: it reads pending QUIC packets, harvests peer-opened streams and routes their data to the matching session, which then raises its own stream events.
Call it periodically from a timer or a worker thread for as long as a session established by WebTransportConnect is active. Unlike TunnelPump it takes no timeout and always returns immediately after one pass, so it is the caller responsibility to keep calling it.
WebTransport support is compiled in only when the SGC_WEBTRANSPORT conditional define is enabled.
procedure TfrmMain.Timer1Timer(Sender: TObject);

oClient.WebTransportProcessEvents;
