TsgcHTTP3Server › Events › OnShutdown

OnShutdown Event

Fires when the HTTP/3 server stops and no longer accepts connections.

Syntax

property OnShutdown: TNotifyEvent;
// TNotifyEvent = procedure(Sender: TObject) of object

Default Value

—

Parameters

NameTypeDescription
SenderTObjectThe TsgcHTTP3Server instance that raised the event.

Remarks

Fired from Active := False (directly or through Stop) after the QUIC listener has been closed and no further HTTP/3 connections will be accepted. Use the event to update a status indicator, flush outstanding logs, or release any resources that were held while the server was running.

By the time it fires the active connections have already been closed, so their OnH3Disconnect events have been raised. It also fires when the component is destroyed, since the destructor stops the server.

This event is inherited from TsgcQUICServer.

Example

procedure OnShutdownEvent(Sender: TObject);
begin
  Log('HTTP/3 server stopped');
end;
