These QUIC transport methods are inherited from TsgcQUICServer and are documented on its own pages. The HTTP/3 layer uses them internally to write frames; an application serving HTTP/3 does not normally call them, since writing raw bytes on a stream that carries HTTP/3 corrupts its framing.
