TsgcWebTransportSession Methods
Public methods grouped by purpose, followed by the full alphabetical list. Most applications only need OpenStream and Close.
Streams

| OpenStream | Opens a new outgoing stream, bidirectional or unidirectional, and sends its WebTransport header. |
| FindStreamById | Returns the stream with the given QUIC stream id, or nil when not found. |
Datagrams

| SendDatagram | Sends a WebTransport datagram. Raises TsgcQUICException as shipped, since no transport can carry one. |
| DoDatagram | Transport integration point: delivers an inbound datagram payload to OnDatagram. |
Session Lifecycle

| Close | Closes the session's open streams and raises OnClose. It does not tear down the QUIC connection. |
| Create | Constructs a session bound to a session id. Called by the HTTP/3 client and server, not by applications. |
Transport Integration
These methods are called by the HTTP/3 client and server as they demultiplex the QUIC connection. Applications do not normally call them; they are public so a custom transport can drive a session.
