TsgcWebTransportSession Properties
Three read-only properties describe the session identity and how many streams it holds. A fourth, DatagramsSupported, is read/write and declares a transport capability.
Session Identity

| SessionId | QUIC stream id of the Extended CONNECT request that established this session. |
| QuarterStreamId | SessionId div 4, the session identity as encoded in WebTransport datagrams. |
State
| Name | Description |

| StreamCount | Number of streams currently open on this session. |
Transport Capability
| Name | Description |
|---|
| DatagramsSupported | Whether the transport that owns this session can really put a datagram on the wire. False on every shipping transport, so SendDatagram raises. |
