Lifecycle

Name	Description
Close	Unregisters the stream from its session and raises OnClose. A local signal only, the peer is not told.
Create	Constructs a stream bound to a session. Called by the session, not by applications.

Transport Integration

Called by the transport as it demultiplexes the QUIC connection. Applications handle OnData instead.
