TsgcQUICClient › Properties › Host
IP address or DNS name of the QUIC server the client will connect to.
property Host: string read FHost write FHost;
(empty string)
Set Host together with Port to specify the QUIC endpoint the client connects to. Host accepts either an IPv4/IPv6 address or a DNS name. A value containing a colon is taken as an IPv6 literal, so ::1 or 2001:db8::1 opens the connection over IPv6, and a host name is resolved over both address families, so a dual-stack name works with no extra configuration. The address family is chosen from this value by the QUIC engine, there is nothing else to set. Write the literal bare here, brackets are only needed when the address appears inside a URL, as in https://[::1]:443/. The host name is also sent in the TLS 1.3 SNI extension, so it should match the common name on the server certificate. Change Host while the client is disconnected, the value is read when the connection is opened.
