送信接続をポート範囲にバインドする際のローカルポート範囲の下限。

解説

BoundPortMinとBoundPortMaxがどちらも0以外の場合、クライアントは空きポートが見つかるまで、ソースソケットを範囲[BoundPortMin..BoundPortMax]内のポートに順番にバインドしようとします。OSに任意の一時的なポートを選択させるには両方を0のままにし、単一のポートに固定するにはBoundPortを設定してください。
