Binance | Connect WebSocket API

In order to connect to Binance WebSocket API, just create a new Binance API client and attach to TsgcWebSocketClient.

TsgcWSAPI_Binance oBinance = new TsgcWSAPI_Binance();
oBinance.Client = oClient;
