Start Method

Starts the background client thread and begins connecting without blocking.

Remarks

Start launches the client on a background thread and begins opening the QUIC connection to Host and Port without blocking the caller. The connection result is reported asynchronously through OnQUICConnect and OnQUICException. This is the non-blocking counterpart of Connect; setting Active to True performs the equivalent start through the property. Call Stop to shut the thread down.
