Bug with watchdog in sgcWebSocket for MQTT in Delphi 7 (in v4.4.8)

When we set a number of retries, after these retries the MQTT client reconnect to the broker mais on next disconnect to attempts is performed so we still disconnected. By tracing the code we saw the current count of retries is not reset to 0 and the watchdog timer is not restart.
