Standard ships every client component, so it fits an application that only consumes WebSocket, MQTT, AMQP, STOMP or WAMP services. Professional adds the server components, which is what you need if your own application accepts inbound connections. Enterprise adds the high-performance server stack, IOCP on Windows, EPOLL on Linux64 and HTTP.SYS. The edition guide narrows it down in four questions, and the full feature matrix lists every component per edition.

The source code editions ship the full Delphi and C++ Builder source and include 1 year of updates. Basic ships compiled DCU files only, with 6 months of updates, at a lower price. Basic is Delphi-only, so C++ Builder, Lazarus / FPC and Linux64 are not covered by it. Both carry the same commercial licence and the same free binary redistribution.

Every update, new feature and bug fix released during the period is included, one year for the source code editions and six months for Basic. Your licence is perpetual, so the version you already have keeps working after the period ends. Renewing is optional, and it is what brings in the newer releases, at the renewal discount listed with each product in the table above.
