Win64 Compiler Failure

Hi, using the setup doesn't install Win64 despite it being selected. I've also tried to manually install it however it's reporting that there's a few files missing despite both source and libWin64 added in the library path. I've tried this on the latest beta, 2023.02 and 2023.03 and none of them will install.
