Privacy Policy

Last updated: November 2026

We at eSeGeCe respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your data when you visit our website or use our services.

Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information:

  • Personal information you provide — such as your name, company, and email address when you create an account, purchase a license, or contact us through our forms.
  • Advertising measurement data via Google Ads (only with your consent): if you reach our website from one of our Google Ads ads and accept advertising cookies, Google Ads records the ad click and whether you then download a trial or complete a purchase. For purchases, the order value, currency and order number are sent, never your name, email address or payment details.

How We Use Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

  • To operate, maintain, and improve our website and services.
  • To communicate with customers regarding orders, updates, and announcements.
  • To process orders and manage software licenses.
  • To provide technical support and respond to inquiries.
  • To measure which of our advertising campaigns lead to trial downloads and purchases, only with your consent.

Advertising Measurement

We use Google Ads conversion tracking only if you accept advertising cookies in our cookie banner. The legal basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time in the cookie preferences. The data is processed by Google Ireland Limited and may be transferred to Google LLC in the United States under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. We do not use it for personalised advertising or remarketing. See Google's privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy and our Cookies Policy.

Cookies

Our website uses strictly necessary cookies for navigation and basic site functionality and, only with your consent, Google Ads advertising measurement cookies. You can change your choice at any time in the cookie preferences. You can disable cookies through your browser settings, although this may affect certain features of the website. For more details, please see our Cookies Policy.
