Run the sgcUI trial installer with sgcRichEdit selected. sgcPDF installs with it. The installer registers TsgcVCLRichEdit, TsgcVCLDBRichEdit and the FireMonkey editors in the IDE.
Open Editor from Demos\RichEdit\Delphi and run it: load an RTF or HTML file, edit it, and export it as DOCX or PDF.
In a new VCL project, drop a TsgcVCLRichEdit on the form and call LoadFromFile and SaveToFile. Add sgcUIPDF_Export to the uses clause to call ExportToPDF.
The Delphi demos install in Demos\RichEdit\Delphi. The C++ Builder trial installs the same four demos in Demos\RichEdit\CBuilder.

sgcRichEdit also ships as a managed C# port with the same class names for WinForms, WPF and Avalonia. The packages are Registered only, delivered with the license, and not published on nuget.org.
The NuGet packages come with the Registered .NET download that is delivered with the license. Add its folder as a local package source, then reference esegece.sgcRichEdit and the package for your UI framework.

The sgcPDF .NET packages are included for PDF export. Reference esegece.sgcUICore.sgcPDF and call TsgcUIPDFExporter.Register() once at startup.
There is no free Community edition of sgcRichEdit. Evaluate the editor with the sgcUI trial for Delphi or C++ Builder before you buy a .NET license.
