Run the sgcUI trial installer. It installs sgcUICore with sgcMaps and registers TsgcVCLMap, TsgcFMXMap and the service components in the IDE.
Open 02 MapFeatures from Demos\Maps in the installation folder and run it: OpenStreetMap tiles load, and the tabs show clustering, drawing and heatmaps.

Install the free Community edition with dotnet add package esegece.sgcMaps.Community, or the Registered edition with dotnet add package esegece.sgcMaps. The controls for your UI framework are in esegece.sgcMaps.WinForms.
The free Community edition of sgcMaps can be used by individuals and organizations under EUR 1M annual gross revenue with no more than 5 developers. The Registered edition has every feature, full source code and the commercial license. The Community edition leaves out the offline pack (tile downloader, MBTiles tile source, offline geocoder and offline router) and the esegece.sgcMaps.Offline package.
The Community packages are free. The Registered packages need a .NET license.
